CRMC has been managing commercial and investment real estate since 1997, specializing in strip centers, office buildings, and residential invesment properties.

When choosing a management company to represent your real estate investments and assets, it's important not only to be represented with knowledge and experience, but also with honesty, integrity and accountability.  Curt Newsome started his real estate career in 1988 working for a small real estate investment company, buying and selling single family homes and apartments.  In 1989, he went to work for Greenberg Development and was a property manager, leasing agent and was responsible for all in-house accounting.  In 1997, Curt started CRMC and worked with a small group of clients focusing on providing better management and attention to thier portfolios.  He's been involved in building Eureka and oversaw the construction, leasing, and management of The Legends Corprorate Center on Hwy 109.  He spent almost 4 years traveling to New York and New Jersey helping a client find, build and open retail stores, having managed the construction and coordination of of nearly $20 million of improvements to locations in Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, as well as New Jersey.
